showing "just the text"

Brian G.

hi,

i have a document with multiple tables (among other things) and am
wondering if there's a way to save the document (besides PDFing it) or
if there's an existing MS Word View of the document that will just
show the text on the page without any of the table borders (i actually
have these set to "none," but the grey lines are still there), etc.

thanks,

One trick I have used is to turn the table borders on and color them white.
Then they do not show up even if the user turns off Table > Hide Gridlines.
