Showing more than one email address for multi address contacts

I rebuilt my XP system, reloaded OL2003 and re-established contacts, calendar
and bookmarks by syncing with my iPhone. (I do have backed up copies of my
..pst files.) Now when I click on "To" and the contact list drops down only
one email address is shown/available for contacts having more than one
address. How do I get contacts to display in the dropdown list more than one
address per contact. The multiple addresses are present per contact in the
OL category "Contacts".

You must transfer your data correctly. Syncing will not resolve your
electronic addresses and will lose other data. It is never the correct
choice for transferring Outlook data.
We post how to do transfer data correctly every day in this group. Let me
know if you are unable to find such a post.

I suspect that the sync operation did not resolve the mail addresses. Open
a contact that you think should appear but doesn't. Examine the Email
address. Is it underlined?

Yes, it is underlined. In fact, it is the only address shown when opening
the contact. I have to click "email 2" to see the second address. And, the
drop down contacts list when clicking "TO" doesn't display any of the actual
addresses just a reoccurrence of the contact name.

Modify something in the contact (i.e., change some character to itself) and
save the contact again. Does it now appear in the address book?

Yes it shows. Modified zip codes in two cases and they came up
changed.

It's a side-effect of the synching, then, not an ideal way to restore
Outlook data. If the number of contacts is less than, say, 50, it wouldn't
be all that time-consuming to repeat what you did for each. If you have a
lot of contacts, perhaps a contact add-in might be able to speed the
process. See if something here is suitable:
