showing only one record on the screen

I have Windows XP, Msft Excel 2002 version. Have a database with 50
records, each showing single name, address, phone #, etc.

Is it possible to see just one record on the screen at one time? If
so, how do I do this?

You could use Autofilter:

1) Select a cell anywhere in the range

2) Click Data, Filter, AutoFilter

3) Using the down-arrow at the top of your name column, choose a name

To turn it off, click Data, Filter, AutoFilter again
