Do you mean have the bar show a progress line? You can address how the
summary bars appear by selecting Format/Bar Styles... on the main menu.
Change the summary bar format to something "clear" for a fill color. Then,
add a new progress indicator and make it "show for"=Summary, "From"=Acutal
Start, "To"=Complete Through.
