Shredder VBA Access 2002 or 2003

Windows XP w/SP2
Access 2002 w/SP3
Access 2003 w/SP2

I am want a program, add-in or code, that Shredder:
Delete file or folders permanently, making the data can not be
recovered
but that really deleted in the Windows file allocation table with no
present on disk and impossible to be restore
for VBA for Access 2002 w/SP3 or Access w/SP2
