Hi,
Follow these steps.
1.Start- Programs- Microsoft SQL Server- Enterprise Manager
2.Double click on the console
3.Once you get the list of databases, right click on the ProjectServer
database.
4.Go to All task
5.Select Shrink Database
6.Click on Files
7.In Database available select ProjectServer_log from the drop down
8.Now click on Shrink file to: Write some value depending on the size of the
hard disk and space available or you can also select the default option.

Note: Make sure you take backup of you transaction log on daily basis,
create a schedule for the same

Hope this information is useful.
