HI there! Please help...If I want to insert a photo into
the text portion of an email (versus as an attachment),
how can I shrink it while CONSTRAINING THE PROPORTIONS.
Meaning, keeping the dimensions intact versus stretching
the photo. I used to be able to do this simply by holding
down the shift key while I shrank the photo. Now it no
longer works! Very frustrating...I'm using Outlook 2002,
by the way. I would greatly appreciate a response from
anyone out there.
