"Shrink text to fit"

What am I doing wrong if the text doesn't automatically resize, even with the "shrink text to fit" box checked?

With no descriptive details about what you're doing or what you're doing it
with it's rather hard to have any idea what part of it might be "wrong". All
I can tell you is that there are minimum font size requirements for the
various placeholders & shapes - the program observes readability factors.

The font size will not automatically reduce below those minimums no matter
how small you make the object or how much text you cram into it.
