shrinking pictures to fit in OLE picture spots

I have a linked OLE picture that is displayed on one of my forms. In order to
get the picture to display correctly I have to resize it to the same size or
smaller than the OLE picture spot. Is there anyway to have it shrink the
picture so it will fit in the box with out resizing it by hand? I have tried
both .bmp and .jpg pictures. I would also like to be able to get a much
smaller version of the pictures to display on another form.

Dan:

Try setting Format > SizeMode to stretch or zoom, on your Ole object. Clip
is the default, and almost never seems to work.
