shruti font

Hello,
I have a client trying to use the Shruti Font. This is included in the default fonts installed with Office and Windows XP.

When selecting the font in Word and trying to use it, well, it doesn't work. Even if i can get the font to "work" it only comes out in boxes.

Does this font work? If so then how?

Any help getting this thing working would be awesome, thank you in advance.

The font works fine. It looks similar to Arial. If you are having problems, you could always try to download the font again.

it has been reinstalled SEVERAL times...and it still shows as boxes...in fact that is the FIRST thing we did...anything else?

look here, it doesn't look like arial to us, at home or in the office....

Have you checked your printer drivers? See if there is an updated one on
the mfg web site.
