Shut Down = Deleted Messages

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Question: When I shut down my computer, the messages that I had while Entourage was up are no longer there. In 'INBOX' it only says 'No messages are in this folder'.

All my sent messages can be seen.
There are no messages On My Computer either.

Under View in the Menu bar, see if you have selected Unread only or Flagged
only. Toggle this to show all messages.

Hi, Thank you for the quick response.

Unfortunately, these options are not checked, and I'm still loosing mail.

At the bottom of the Folder list you¹ll see Mail Views. Select Received
Today. Do you see the emails now?

If yes, you can find where they are located using one of these scripts.

If no, check your Schedules under Tools to see if you are deleting messages
on quit.

There isn't a rule to when it deletes on quit.
I can see my unread mail for the day but once i quit entourage they're not there anymore...

Thank you for continuing to help me with this problem.
