Shut Down/Log Off Procedure

Problem: no sessions available via Remote Desktop because users close the
DB, but do not also Shut Down/Log Off the Remote Desktop windows session.
The lockfile continues to show the user.

Is there a way I could add programming to execute a Windows session Log Off
procedure when the DB is closed?
