shutdown error

I am using Win98se and MS OFFICE 2000 on a desktop with 80gig HD and 387mhz
processor. (one of the older systems)


When I shut down outlook I get the following message.

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 016f:bff76846.

What do I do to fix?

Thanks for the reply, that KB did not apply to my problem.


I am having a problem with MS OFFICE 2000 OUTLOOK shutdown not a startup
problem. My problem is limited only to Outlook, no other problems. The other
problems in MS OFFICE 2K work.
