Shutdown of Access when selecting more controls

When I select the more controls tab on the toolbox, the
database shuts down and wants to repair itself. I have
repaired and it does it again. I move to another
computer and try this and it works okay. I have re-
installed the office product after uninstalling it, but
still does this.

Anyone seen this and have a solution?

These are the toughest kinds of problems to fix.
When you uninstall Office it is not a perfect uninstall.
Check MSKB for a utility to completely remove Office. (I forget the name.)
This should remove all the registry keys etc.

Then try a fresh install.

If it still fails, you may have to re-format the drive and re-build it.
