Shutdown problems

I have 2 separate shutdown problems:

Outlook hangs when shutting down. I have to do an End
Task on it to close it out. It does not give any messages.

Other machines are getting an outlookhtml.menu shutdown
issue that requires an end task.

It does not seem specific to one operating system.

Any one have any ideas at all?
