Sick Excel

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

Excel won't start up, and if it does, as soon as I put anything into a cell, it crashes. PowerPoint and Word works fine. Do I, and can I, reinstall just Excel back on. Any problems with that.
