Side-by-Side installation of Office 2003 and Office 2007 Beta 2

Will the installation of Office 2007 Beta 2 break Office 2003? Can I
uninstall Office 2007 Beta 2 at a later date and still keep the installation
of Office 2003 clean?

If you do a side-by-side install, Office 2003 will be (mostly) fine. If
you install Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003 will be uninstalled, as no two
Outlook can ever be on the same computer.
To do a side-by-side install, choose Customize. Make sure to click
manually through each tab before pressing tab so that you don't miss the
option to keep all previous versions.
If you need to run Office 2003 setup again at any point while 2007 is
installed, make sure to uninstall 2007 first.
