Calendar > Show Folder List

Then drag up from the bottom, as many 'months' as you would like

I see the "calendar>show folder list" but what do you mean by drag "months" from the bottom?

There's a tiny triangle in the lower left corner of the status bar at the
very bottom of Entourage's main window; you'll need to click on that to
bring up the mini-calendar.
