Sign Office Document with PKI

Hi,

I've had a request to send MS Excel (In XML Format) spreadsheets to an
external source, but they want the documents digitally signed unsing PKCS#7.
Does anyone have any whitepapers, or can point me in the right direction to
on how to do this in Office2K.
