I have 2 accounts on my work outlook but I want the hotmail to be password
enabled or a bit more secure. if someone needs to use my PC when im away they
cannot access my hotmail. only work email. is this possible?

Configure the Hotmail account so it doesn't remember the password.

Why not create a separate Windows account for the other user? Then they
get their Outlook profile (where you can choose to let them connect to
only your "work" account).

If using Exchange as the mail server, why not assign them as a delegate
to your Exchange mailbox that they can access on their own host under
their own account?
