Signature Added to Draft

When I create an e-mail and save it in my Drat folder and later reopen it,
my signature is added to the top line. Also, when I edit the draft it will
insert my [Name] as if I was replying to someone else's email.
I know I can opt out on the "Mark My Comments" in Tool Options. But can't seem to find an thing I changed that adds my signature to my draft edits.
Any thoughts?

Thanks Bg
