Signature/Advanced Edit

How can I get the signature advanced editor use Word 2003 instead of
"NotePad"? I have the correct box checked (Mail Format/Use Microsoft Office
Word 2003 to edit messages). Yet I can't seem to get Word to be recognized.
Any suggestions?

Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab. Change it to Word for the
HTML editor.
