I have searched around and I know this is not the general "How do you attach
a sig" question so I figured I would give it a shot here.
1) OPTIONS>MAIL FORMAT I have the compose message format in HTML
2) Under the same menu I have the box checked "Use Microsoft Office Word
2003 to edit e-mail messages.
3) I am able to create a new sig and save it (I am also able to advance edit
under word)
4) I selected the sig to be applied to NEW and REPLIES/FORWARDS.
5) It is a basic TEXT only sig with no pics or additional Fancy attachment.
6) The sig does not attach to any email??
7) If I go to the mail format menu again and change "Compose in this message
format" from HTML to RICH TEXT my sig will magically appear this time.
8) The reason why I like my email format in HTML is because of the way
attachments appear on outgoing emails.
Questions: Why does the signature only appear when the mail format is in
RICH TEXT and not in HTML?
Side note: My laptop is setup with the exact same HTML settings and my sig
appears. THe problem I am having is at my office desktop. The other funny
thing is that my exchange server sig shows in the list but nothing pulls up
for it.
Thanks for anyones help n advance.
