signature block

I have a user who has edited her signature block.

However, the changes do not appear on some emails -- it seems random -
sometimes the old signature is there, and sometimes the new one is.

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

We are using Outlook 2003.

Not that I can see -- the strange thing is that she's using the same
signature in both "Signature for new messages" and "Signature for replies and
forwards".
