Signature causes IE6 ActiveX security popup

When inserting a signature in new HTML email, I get a ie6 activex popup
saying security does not allow activex control. The signature does have a
company logo, and was created and save in Word 2003 via Outlook | Tools |
Mail Format | Signatures | New | Adavanced Edit.

This happens when Word 2003 is my editor and happens when Word 2003 is not
my editor
