Signature Creation - File > Send To > Attachment

While using Microsoft Word 2003, selecting File > Send To > Attachment, the
program generates a new Window titled "Document1 - Message" with the file
attached. The new Mail Message Window does not include the signature
established in Outlook and established in Microsoft Word through the Tools >
Options > Email Options feature.

Is Microsoft Word 2003 designed to generate the signature automatically when
so configured?
