Signature Doublespaced by default :(

I have Outlook 2003. I went in and specified a signature and in the preview
it is doublespaced.

When I do a new message it is doublespaced.

I noticed when I am typing an email if I hit the Enter key it doublespaces.
I have to do ctr+Enter to get single space.

I have the Glacier stationary picked.

How do I fix this to single space it all?
