Signature feature is unavailable

The signature feature is unavailable on my system.

The only modification I've made recently is installing Symantec 9.0
Corporate Edition.

What could be going on?

20 GB HD
256 MB RAM
Windows 98

You neglected to mention your version of Outlook and what symptoms indicate the signature feature is unavailable.
