Signature files - outlook 2007

Where on the hard drive are the signatures stored for outlook 2007?

Do the files work the same as before? Meaning if I create an html based
signature containing images - when I use it will the rtf and plain text
versions be created automatically within Outlook?

I found the location(same as 03)! But when I import an html document
straight to the directory the links on the image I am using aren't there. I
have checked the file from the directory using my browser and the links are
still there but aren't used when I send a new message. I have also set the
registry so that the images are called from the web and not embedded.

Can anyone help me with this? I need the hotspots to work!
