Signature files

Randi Kreeft

I'm wondering if someone could tell me how I might assign an image to my
signature files (.jpg, .gif, etc.). Every time I try to either click & drag
or cut and paste images they are either rejected or added as an attachment.
I understand that as an attachment they may show up on screen for a
recipient but I am still unable to place them above the signature's text.
Help with this would certainly be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Randi!

What you're trying to accomplish requires what Microsoft calls complex HTML,
which is like HTML information formatted for a web browser to include things
such as tables and pictures.

Outlook 2001 does not support complex HTML. It has simple HTML capabilities
to edit the appearance of text only.

Hope this helps! bill
