Q1. I've created an email signature in both *.htm and *.rtf formats using
Ctrl+Enter for line breaks. When I create an email the signature looks
perfect with the line breaks in place but when I send myself a test message
some of the line breaks are removed and 6 lines of text become 3. I noticed
that the email appears the same way in my Sent Items too. I have tried using
a table with a line of text per row but the end result is the same.
Q2. There are 2 hyperlinks in my signature - my email address and my
company's website. Again, when I create an email with the signature the
hyperlinks are visible and appear to be active but when I send myself a test
message the hyperlink to my email address displays the text but the hyperlink
is inactive and the web address includes the URL in <brackets> despite
specifying how I want the hyperlink displayed.
If anyone can help me out with these problems it would be greatly appreciated!
