I have outlook 2007.
Need to insert my company logo so it shows up for recipients.
Where is the Hmtl function, or advanced editor in 2007??
I'm trying to insert a image code from photobucket.

You should go into
Tools->Options
Mail Format tab
Signatures...
Create a new signature. The large field is HTML enabled
Insert your picture here.
Save it and assign it to the account you're supposed to attach it to.

If you need to actually insert HTML code, there is a way but don't
remember how.

Keep in mind that "HTML" in the Microsoft sense is "almost HTML".
It's rendered by Word and doesn't allow a lot of things, like
CSS and backgroud images.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Hello? Hello?? ;o)

I have combed through all the threads regarding signatures in 2007.
That is where I discovered the reference to the hmtl route for posting a
CLEARER image of your company logo in a signature.

So, if there is a way to not have the logo print all blurry without the file
being detrimentally gigantic - knowing that would be great! I have tried
finding this mystery "advanced editor" in 2007 to no avail. It just takes me
to the signature/stationary box - no wizard was found other than that.

Thank you!!
