Signature Image is not getting Attached to Replies

When some one emails me and I reply, my custom signature image is not showing up. The text is there but no image.

The image only shows up when I am repling to a email I originally created.

Everything is Fine when I create a new email and reply to it. Its just that if I reply to someone elses the signatures image doesnt show up.

Suggestions?

You don't suppose the the email format is plain text. That would do what
you describe.
