signature importing to office

I

iching

I am a new office user and have a lot of forms that were sent to me via
e-mail in which I need to fill out numerous sections, which I have, and
sign various pages also. Is there a way to import my signature ? I
can type it in but would rather scan my signature and use it for
present and future use. This will save time for I need to send this
back via e-mail.
thanks

If you have a scanner with some software that can convert the scanned
signature to any of the common graphics formats (.tif, .jpg, .png, etc.) or
use GraphicConverter to do so, then you can make an HTML signature and
insert the graphic, then use that sig anywhere you want to use an HTML
message.

Tools/Signatures/New, press the HTML ("abab") button or Format/HTML, type a
"Sincerely" or whatever, place the cursor, Message/Insert/Picture, type some
more, Save. Then in future HTML messages you can click Signature button and
choose that one (or Message/Signature), or even set it as the default
signature for an account (Tools/Accounts/Edit/Options/Signature) but then
you'd probably better set the default format to HTML in Composition and
Reply preferences.
