Signature in Message Form

I'm editing a form set up by another. That person's signature appears in the preview pane in Outlook and if the form is printed. I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. I saw another post in this newsgroup to run the form, take out the signature and republish but.... when I run the form, the signature does not appear. Suggestions? Thanks

I've seen one case where the signature was in a hidden attachment that had to be removed with Outlook Spy or MdbVu32.exe.
