Signature in Outlook

Using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP SP2

I am using HTML when sending my e-mails from Outlook.

I setup a signature for my e-mails.

I selected Font size 16 and the color Blue.

When I open a NEW e-mail message it comes up in Black and is size 12.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
