Signature in top of form

Hi,
I have made a form to be used only when I receive incorrect information from
a customer.
There is a problem, and it is that I use a signature so when I try to use my
form my signature is added at the top of the mail.

Can anybody help me?

My system:
Win xp
Office 2002 with SP3

I have tried the fix:SP3 allows automatic signatures to run on custom forms,
something that didn't work in earlier version. Since this is not always
desirable, a hotfix has been issued to add support for a new
NoAutosigOnCustomForms registry entry to suppress automatic signatures on
custom forms. See Multiple signatures appear in a custom multi-page form in
Outlook 2002.
This is the one you mentioned right? It does not solve my problem
unfortunately.

Yes, that's the hotfix I was referring to. Are you saying that you have installed the hotfix and applied the registry entry and you are still seeing the signature? Is that on this form or all forms?
