signature links in an e-mail show full url

How do I keep this from happening?

It should be a simple signature with embedded links, but the entire url shows up. Is there a way to prevent this?

This is a side effect of Entourage's poor handling of HTML email. Let
Microsoft know you want them to improve Entourage's HTML support at Help
