Signature loses company logo image on repy and forward

My company uses both Outlook 2000 and 2003. The problem is that our
signatures which were created in htm and rtf don't display the logo image on
reply or forward. A new e-mail shows the signature correctly. This happens
regardless of the format I am replying to. All other htm code in the
signature is working properly. Also, please explain where the outbind command
is looking for my logo images.

I'm having a similar problem. My colleague is using Windows 2000 (SP4)
and Outlook 2003 (SP2). The image in her signature appears all the
time for a new e-mail but what's weird is that the image doesn't
appear for replies to certain people and does for others. It doesn't
show up in her replies to me nor does MY image show up in replies to
her. I'm running XP SP2 and the same ver of Outlook.
We're both composing e-mails in Rich text, but even when we were using
HTML it still didn't work.
Could it just be a matter of upgrading Outlook to SP3?

happens when you are replying with a language other then your default (ie RTF
or HTML).
The dum way/quick fix is by modifying your signature manually in:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR-LOGIN-ID-(ie rayuen)\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures

What you will find is, if your default email setting is in RTF, and your
Signature title is "Majinlex New Signature.RFT", then in the file: "Majinlex
New Signature.HTM" (which is created automatically) might not have the image.

All you have to do is to check that both the RFT/HTM extn to ensure both
contain your log.
