I
Iceman
I have a client who has installed files for an email signature. My install
program copies an HTM and JPG file to their %USERPROFILE%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures folder. They are confirmed to exist, yet they do
not show up under his list of signatures from which to select when he goes
to Tools|Options|Mail Format.
He is using Outlook 2003. He is one of several people in his company using
Outlook 2002/2003. I have not had issue with any others, yet (keeping
fingers crossed). Any ideas as to why the signature would not show up in HIS
list while the same process seems to work for others. Is there some
configuration setting in Outlook that I am missing?
