Signature showing below Stationery

I have created a personal stationery that includes the logo of the company I
work for. I also use a signature on all new emails. Outlook used to place
the signature above the logo in my stationery. All of a sudden, Outlook now
places the signature below the stationery.

I can't seem to figure out why! Anyone know?
