Here is a minor annoyance in Outlook 2007. When I insert a signature I
created into an e-mail, it places two lines BEFORE the signature and then two
lines AFTER the signature. This is highly annoying, as I have to go and
delete the extra lines EVERY time I insert a signature.
Also, I don't appreciate the fact that when I enter one signature into an
e-mail that I can not insert another one further down in the e-mail. When I
select a different signature, it just wipes out the one I already inserted.
Not only do I use signature files to contain my signature, but I also use
them to insert prebuilt blocks of text along the way in certain e-mails,
which I AGAIN have to remove the two lines before and after if I wish to
insert them.
Any advice?
