I would like to insert the following info:

Timothy Herrera
Head of Operations: Skilfest Productions
1049 Belford Ave #5
Grand Junction, Colorado 81501
970-243-4395

into my word docs with a quick key or in some way that prevents me fro
having to enter each word over and over again.

Isnt there a way to do this other than copy and paste?

Please respond

Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACT

Create an autotext entry of it by selecting it and then from the Insert
Menu, select Autotext and then Add and give it a name.

This may not be a good tip--I am not sure. But I dislike Autotext and use
Autocorrect for all tasks such as the one the OP asked about. I am no pro so
unsure if it is good advice to tell someone to use Autocorrect instead of
Autotext but that it what I do. I just assign a strange letter combination.
I have done this for many many many pieces of text, addresses and signature
lines and the like.
