Signature

When I create a new signature with a logo when I insert it into a message I
get a small grey box at the start of the signature. When I open the signature
in editor you cannot see the grey box. How can I stop this from happening?

What version of Outlook are we talking about here?
Have you taken a closer look at the HTML of the signature already?

I tried to copy and paste the grey box into this document but it wont work
and when I copy and paste the signature into word, again the box disappears.

I am on 2003 and although I know how to right click and view source I am
unsure how to interpret the HTML

I am having the same issue. I've recreated the file from scratch in Word,
and the grey box still appears. I've copied it from Outlook to Word, and
here's the code:

I've checked the code in Dreamweaver, but can't find anything that really
matches this.
