Signatures alternative?

Hi, I've had quite a few problems with implementing signatures/
stationary in a multi user environment, firstly, stationary cannot be
used when replying to emails (signatures can), but signatures are much
more tricky to confgure if from an exisiting html file i always find.
sometimes a grey box just appears for instance, or the fonts/
hyperlinks won't be correct...plus it has to be done for every
different user.

So in a nutshell the signature process in outlook can be very
frustrating, does anyone have any tips/tricks/software for setting
them up in the easiest manner possible?
