Dear All.
I have a question with the signatures on e-mails. All my e-
mails automatically have a disclosure at the bottom, which
is required but when i send an e-mail to anyone in my
company it also includes this disclosure, which isn't a
problem, but as everyone prints out their e-mails it is a
huge waste of paper.
So, what i want to do is have the disclosure (all the
writting at the bottom) for all e-mails sent, except where
it is to people in my own company, so i want exceptions
where the disclosure isn't used, or an alternative one is.
Any help would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.
