Hi,
My company wants to standardize our signatures for the entire office.
We would like to use a .jpg (or other image file?) for these reasons:
1. Staff members can't make alterations
2. We use a special font that no one else in the world uses and
3. We want our logo to appear correctly
I'm having some problems when users reply to a message and insert their
signatures. Sometimes it appears as you'd expect, other times it doesn't
appear at all and yet other times you get a box with a red x in the corner.
We are using HTML format in Outlook 2000 clients/exchange server 2003.
Does anyone know why this is happening/how to correct it?
Does anyone have other ideas or suggestions regarding corp. signatures and
images?
Is there a better way?
All comments and suggestions welcome, Thanks!
