Signatures

Hello,

I have an account for which I have created 3 signatures.

The default one appears perfectly. However, when I change it by
right-clicking and selecting a alternate signature, when it inserts the other
signature Outlook also inserts a horizontal rule above the signature. I have
checked the border settings for the 2 immediate paragraph (both that not
where it is coming from). Can someone explain where it is coming from and
more importantly how to eliminate it/ them.

They are not part of my signature files, I checked.

Don't right click on anything. Use Insert> Signature command on the menu in
the email.

Insert > Signature does not appear in my menu as I am using Word as my editor.

Why not use the context menu? Is this a know problem?
