Signatures

I'm using O2003.

I use a number of Signatures but unless I'm missing it, the latest
used signature moves to the top of the list and only a few signatures
are displayed at a time.

Can this behavior be changed so the latest doesn't move the top, the
list of signatures available is not limited (you need to click on
more), and maybe create my own menu of signatures. I don't signatures
in "Customize" in that I can customize it.

Thank you.

Use Word as an editor and then set a sig for your account. When you open
a new email or reply, right click anywhere in the default sig and you
will be presented with an alphabetical list of your sigs.

No, the behavior can't be changed and it's highly unlikely that it will ever
be changed since Outlook 2003 is on the way out.

Are you using signatures to insert boilerplate text?

Thank you. I am using Signatures to use boilerplate text. I'm using
Outlook Redemption in contacts (RTF) and trying to apply the same code
emails (changing to use HTML). However, I thought if Signatures was
already available, I could just use them (with some modifications I
noted).

Shawn
Thankyou.
