I have digitally signed an access database with a code signing certificate
issued by our internal certification authority which is listed in the trusted
root store. The same code signing certificate was installed as trusted
publisher using the office custom maintenace wizard. With high security set
access refuses to open the database. Medium Security reports that the
database is signed, and allows me to choose to open it, However the 'Always
trust files from this publisher and open the automatically' check box is
disabled. I have found a reference in the online help that a possible reson
for this is that the list of trusted publishers may be locked, but I can not
find any way of checking if this is the case.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
Many Thanks
